회원가입을 원하실때는 가입비$100과 I.D를 첨부하시고 상조회사무실에 방문하셔야합니다.
사무실 OPEN 화요일과 금요일 9시~3시.
To register as a member, you must pay a membership fee of $100 and provide your ID. Please visit the funeral service company office during office hours.
Office hours: Tuesday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

회원 본인이 서명하셔야 합니다.

예약후 사무실에 방문하셔야합니다.
